The extensive and historic contacts of Iran and Central Asia, which had extensive evidence throughout history, were made possible through the Silk Road. These interactions, the core of which were economic and cultural interactions, led to the influx of Persian language into this area, and was the most affected part of the relations between Iran and Central Asia. Among these influences, was the influence of Islam and the introduction of new vocabulary in Kyrgyz language. In the present study, considering the long-standing relations between Iran and Kyrgyzstan, studied the way of effects of linguistic influences and examined the common names of Persian and Kyrgyz exclusively. The result of the research shows that with the introduction of Islam, Arabic words were also widely used in Kyrgyz because of the multiplicity of use in the Persian language. Other Persian words were also used mostly in the Kyrgyz dialectal language, and their number was lower in literary language.
