نگاهی به برنامه‌های آموزش زبان فارسی در صدا و سیما

Since the beginning of radio and television activities in Iran, alongside attention to the correct use of language in the media, proper writing and speaking education have also been a focus for program makers. The history of producing educational programs in the Persian language on radio dates back to the 1960s. The production of programs related to Persian language education on radio and television has experienced many ups and downs over different periods. At the times, there has been a flourishing of short programs, while at other times, dramatic works have been produced. This article, through qualitative study, aims to examine the status of Persian language education programs in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) and their relation to the needs of the audience. It looks at various types of programming in the field of language education on national networks. The statistical population includes all Persian language programs produced by IRIB between 2019 and 2022. Sampling was done purposefully, and the sample size consisted of thirteen programs. At least three episodes from each program were analyzed. The results of the research indicate a lack of continuity in the production of successful Persian language education programs. Intermittency was a significant characteristic of the programs examined. Furthermore, the absence of overarching policy-making in the productions within this field is evident. This has led to the production of similar programs.
