Semiotics is a science which studies signs and sign systems as text. Stratification semiotics tries to survey the relation between sign layers in conveying message. This paper tries to study on connotative signification in “Snow Jeremiad” Movie in the frame work of the stratification semiotics that selected the sequences in this film for study of semiotics. In this study, part to part of the selected sequences evaluated in terms of sex codes that answer to the main question of this research. The manifested statistic result is eloquent that codes of costumes, spacing, make-up, and accents would culturally mark in cinematic text and the technical cinematic codes effectively would mark the text culture wise. A personality type plays an active role in the above-mentioned codes; furthermore, above-mentioned codes as well as music codes play in shaping connotation. The writer's aim has been to review connotation and Personality types.
