Abstract
This paper attempts to identify some important of phonological processes in Lori Bakhtiari dialect(masjedsoleiman) on basis of generative phonology approach: linear and non linear theories. For this research 20 informants in different age and education are selected. Then data is gatherd through to interview with these informants. After studies of assimilation and elision in phonological processes, Results show that these two processes are active in this dialect and also assimilation process is more frequent than elision. The process and linear and non linear methods confirm generative phonology finding.
