چکیده

پژوهش پیش رو با هدف بررسی تطبیقی دو فرهنگ لغت یک زبانه دهخدا و مریام وبستـر، از نظر ارائه اطلاعات مدخلی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، گردآوری داده­ها به صورت کتابخانه­ای و انجام پژوهـش به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. نخست 50 واژه به صورت اتفاقی، حتی المقــدور از کلیه حروف الفبایـی، از دو فرهنگ لغت مورد بررسی، انتخاب و تحلیل شده است. سهم هر یک از فرهنگ­ها 25 واژه بود. پژوهش حاضر که بیشتر در حوزه اطلاعات مدخلی و اصول فرهنگ نگاری این دو فرهنگ لغت را بررسی کرده است، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش­ها است که از نظر ارائه اطلاعات مدخلی، آیا تفاوتی در دو فرهنگ لغت مریام وبستر و دهخدا وجود دارد؟ و این دو فرهنگ لغت، واژه­های هم آوا- هم نویسه و چندمعنا را چگونه ارائه کرده­اند؟ با توجه به نمونه­های تحلیل شده در حوزه ارائه اطلاعات دقیق، منظم و کاربردی مدخل­ها و نیز اصول استاندارد شناخته شده فرهنگ نگاری، تفاوت­هایی به طور واضح مشخص است. نتایج نشان می­دهد که این دو لغت نامه، در ارائه هم آوا- هم نویسگی و نیز چند معنایی با یکدیگر تفاوت­های بارز و گسترده­ای دارند. زیرا برخلاف لغتنامه دهخدا که در ارائه اطلاعات مهم مدخلی، استاندارد مشخصی در تفکیک اینگونه مدخل­ها به کار نبرده است، فرهنگ لغت وبستر با استاندارد روشن و البته مختص خود، اینچنین مدخل­ها را از یکدیگر تمیز داده است.

چکیده [English]

The present study has been conducted with the purpose of comparative study of Webster and Dehkhoda monolingual dictionaries in terms of data entry. In this study, data collection was in the form of library research and the research method was descriptive-analytic. At First, 50 words have been selected randomly from each of the above mentioned dictionaries and it has been tried to select words of all letters as could as possible and the share of each dictionary was 25 words. Then each word from each dictionary was analyzed. The present research that has studied the two dictionaries in terms of the principles of lexicography and data entry, looking for answers for these questions: Is there any difference between the dictionaries, in terms of data entry? And how they indicate polysemus and homophon-homograph words? Based on the analysis of collected data, and due to providing precise, systematic and applicable data entry, and according to the well-known standards of lexicography, the differences are clear. The results also indicate that, these two dictionaries are different in the field of providing homophony-homography and also polysemy. Since Webster, unlike Dehkhoda dictionary which has no clear standard to separate such entries in providing important data entry, has its own specified and clear standard and distinguishes such entries.
